Contact support to ask about an order, request a refund, or exercise your privacy rights. Sign in with the account used for your purchase to see replies.

Ink prepares signature and stamp graphics from your uploaded crop and can create visual variations. You receive image downloads, not a document-signing, identity-verification or authentication service.

Your uploads and results

Upload only signatures, stamps and other material you own or are authorised to process. You retain your rights in your uploads. You give us permission to process and store them as needed to fulfil your request and provide support. This does not give us permission to publish your material as a public example without separate agreement.

Do not use the service to impersonate someone, forge approval, misrepresent a document’s origin or carry out unlawful activity.

Review before use

Recovery and variations are estimates. Hidden strokes and unclear letters may not be recoverable; generated images may contain errors. Checks can withhold a result, and a passing check is not proof of authenticity or perfect reconstruction. Compare results with your source before using them. Edits become the reference for new variation sets; older sets keep their original reference.

Prices and delivery

One signature-and-stamp upload costs US$7.99 to unlock. Each additional set of three signature or stamp variations costs US$5. There is no subscription. The checkout shows the total before payment. Final processing starts after payment or an authorised free owner test.

Processing can take several minutes and may need another attempt. Completed copies are saved separately so an unfinished copy does not hide them. Sign in with the same account and use My results to reopen your purchase. See the refund policy for help with non-delivery, defects or cancellation.

Account, storage and deletion

Keep access to the account used for your purchase. There is currently no automatic image expiry, but permanent availability is not guaranteed. Download any copies you want to retain before deleting your saved images. Our privacy policy explains storage, processing providers and deletion. Deletion does not itself cancel or refund a purchase.

Support and changes

Use Support for an order problem or complaint. We may update these terms for future use of the service; changes do not remove rights attached to an existing purchase. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
